You can find the Premium/Excellent invoice in the Select portal. After logging into Select, you can click on the Invoices tab at the top. Flip open the relevant invoice and click on the Orange paperclip. The invoice will then be downloaded. Premium/Excellent invoice is always marked with a minus sign ( - ) after the amount.
