If you are unable to review hours in Select due to leave or illness, you can appoint a colleague to approve or reject hours for you. You can do this with the following steps:
- Go via your profile to Worklist Access.

- Select one or more replacement hiring managers and choose ‘Save’.
Image 2. Select replacement hiring manager
- When the replacement manager logs in, your work list is added to the profile and reviewed
on your behalf. You need to inform the replacement manager yourself, he/she will not be
notified of this.
